In trying to distinguish ourselves from the good, the bad and the down-right dishonest, we believe it is best said not by us but through our customers in helping you decide on NTI.

1. We realize the enormous risk you take when changing vendors. Were there any compelling reasons you chose NTI Data as a new vendor?
   
   
   • "We were looking for a supplier to do foil embossed seals, which was a new product for us. I searched companies on the Internet and yours was one I chose, along with two others, because of your product mix and what I thought would be the ability to produce this product. I got samples from all companies and then began the quoting process. It was clear to me from the beginning that not only was your quality excellent, but also Carol knew WAY more than anyone else and would be a major asset to the production of the product."
     
     
   • "Cindy was a great help in making sure you could provide the specialty labels I require here and when she also gave me a better price I had no problems switching."
     
     
   • "I originally switched over to NTI approximately 10 years ago due to Bridget contacting me about your company. I gave it a shot and her professionalism and knowledge of your product or a product I may have needed over the years has encouraged me to continue use of NTI as my preferred vendor."

2. Assuming our pricing schedules are within competitive ranges, is there anything recognizably different from NTI as compared to other vendors you've used in the past?
   
   
   • "I've been in Purchasing for almost 25 years and I KNOW good suppliers from average, and you're good! Yes, pricing is competitive, turn-around is good but it's the knowledge Carol has and her ability to add so much to a project that's different. Lots of suppliers can make good product but not everyone has someone who can think outside the box, help you think how to do something better and go above and beyond the job."
     
     
   • "I love how fast I can get something if I am out. Most of what I order I can get the next day where as some things thru old vendors were not so fast."
     
     
   • "As you know in our global market today pricing appears to be very important and NTI is very competitive to encourage the continued use as a vendor. Bridget or another member of your staff has always been prompt to assist with my issues."
     
     
   • "NTI offers a better quality label. Although pricing is somewhat higher, in the long run, NTI serves the company much better."
     
     
3. Has your experience with NTI Data made your job easier? Do you spend less time worrying about the status of your orders or other issues such as product quality, delivery times and pricing?
   
   
   • "Absolutely! I don't follow up as much because Carol usually gets to me first! I know if she promises a date, she'll make it and that if there were any problems with the job I'd know long before the product hit the door."
     
   • "It has helped me for the fact the materials I order are not in my daily view so if for some reason I run out you are right there to help me out."
     
     
   • "Service means a lot to me personally even sometimes over pricing. The products I purchase from NTI are not applied directly to the product and therefore I only control my visual usage and with Bridget keeping up on my needs sometimes better than myself has helped to make my job easier."
     
     
   • "Working with Bridget is a pleasure. She manages our inventory with little input and she's quick to adjust orders when rush items are needed or the quantity changes."

   • "In case you can't tell, I think Carol is great! Seriously, she's one-in-a-million. Her knowledge of the process and product is incredible and she's technically so strong, which has been a huge benefit for us. Sometimes new suppliers can be disappointing or difficult to work with, but not in your case. From day one, she treated us as if we were long time customers and that's never changed. The product looked great and we're continuing with it, and you, for 2007!"
     
     
   • "I enjoy doing business with you. I have had no issues and if I did Cindy made sure within the next business day we were straightened out."
